Diner responsibilities

• Check your card before showing it to staff.
• Tell staff directly about severe allergies and cross-contamination risk.
• Follow your clinician’s advice and carry prescribed medication where applicable.

Restaurant and food business responsibilities

Food businesses remain responsible for complying with UK food safety and allergen law, including accurate allergen information, staff training, cross-contamination controls, and safe preparation practices.

FeedMeSafe cannot guarantee that a restaurant will read, understand, translate, or act on a card correctly. Use it as one safety layer, not the only safety layer.
